In many cases, yes. If your home has existing ductwork, we can often retrofit a cooling coil and an outdoor condenser unit to provide whole-home air conditioning.
Depending on the water heater, if it’s gas, or electric, on demand or a hot water tank, failures are often due to things like elements, gas valves, ignition systems, safety valves and even tank failure. If your hot water tank is leaking, or if you’re seeing rust, it’s likely you will need a replacement.
Yes. We supply and install traditional and high efficiency hot water tanks as well as high-efficiency tankless (on-demand) systems. We can help you decide which is better based on your household size, usage patterns, and budget.
If your unit is over 10–12 years old or shows signs of internal rust, replacement is usually more cost-effective. And often also required by insurance. For newer units, a simple component repair might be all you need. We always check for active warranties before recommending a full replacement.
If water or sewage is not contained and is causing property damage, it’s an emergency. This includes burst pipes, major leaks, overflowing toilets, or blocked main sewer lines. While we are not a 24-hour service, we can arrange after hours emergency service.
Watch for "multiple fixture" symptoms: if you flush the toilet and water bubbles up in the shower, or if all the drains in your basement are gurgling, you likely have a main line blockage. Stop using water immediately and call us to prevent a backup.
Yes. We can use specialized video diagnostic cameras to see exactly what is causing a clog if the water has been drained— and once it has been cleared, we use this equipment to inspect the pipe for damage. This is also a way to check the problem is fully cleared and not just a partially cleared pipe. Some common clog culprits are tree roots, grease buildup, or a collapsed pipe. We use cameras so we can be assured that we have fixed it right the first time.
Sometimes, yes, depending on the cause. If it’s a sudden change, then it can be repaired. For systemic issues we may improve it but pipe sizing may limit achievable water pressure. We investigate everything from your Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) to pipe sizing and mineral buildup to determine the best way to improve or repair your home's water pressure.
For service, we do not provide quotes in advance. We charge standard hourly rates which we discuss upfront, and charge for actual time and material used. For larger projects—such as heating system replacements, AC installations, or home renovations—we provide detailed, professional quotes, estimates, or budgets.
